The questions we are asked most.
A one-bedroom starts at AED 27,500 for The Essentials, or AED 38,500 for The All-Inclusive. Prices are per property and are the same across all three styles. A studio starts at AED 17,000, a two-bedroom at AED 41,500 and a three-bedroom at AED 57,500 on The Essentials. Configure your property to see the exact figure and your installation date.
Seven to ten days from order to handover. That covers delivery, assembly, installation and styling, and ends with a photographed sign-off so you can see the finished property without visiting it.
The Essentials covers furniture and decor — the pieces that make a property lettable. The All-Inclusive adds everything needed to move in or list as a holiday home, including kitchenware, bedding, towels and the DTCM compliance items. Both are itemised in full on the What's included page.
Natural materials rather than printed board: travertine or marble, oak or walnut, bouclé and leather. The furniture is designed by alto and made to order, and the decor is chosen to sit with it, so a property reads as one scheme rather than a collection of separate purchases.
Yes. The All-Inclusive is specified to DET and DTCM standards, so a property clears holiday-home regulation without rework. Long-let landlords and owner-occupiers generally take The Essentials.
